These characteristics likely brought you this far in life. But against what price? Is it sustainable in the long term? You are here for a reason, so let's assume the answer is no. Then I could write a line that I will be your solution-- But, I won't. You are the person that brought you to where you are now. That means when it comes to change you are the solution.

The High Performance Mapping Method™ helps you to plot where you are now and where you want to go. THRESHOLDS are blockades that are stopping you in this moment to go where you want to go.
THRESHOLDS are created by three things: CLARITY (who are you really and where do you really want to go), STATE (which state is being triggered in certain situations) and your current set of PATTERNS (believes/thoughts, values, and experiences from the past).
When you break through these THRESSHOLDS you will experience FLOW.

You don’t have to measure everything to know that it works. Yet it can be helpful to track your High Performance Indicators to see where you are now and where you will be in a few months. One central spot with all your (recorded) session, exercises and notes. This way you have a lifetime vault of your own personal success strategies.
The pattern interupter
Knowledge is worth nothing without integration. Everything I ask you to do is something I apply to myself. I believe in constant growth, dealing with inconvenience, learning from your results, being committed and congruent with yourself. Sometimes new coaches and trainers contact me with this question: “How can I do what you do?” My reply to this is:
“Have the mentality of an Olympic athlete”
Because wanting something is easy. But are you willing to make the sacrifices necessary to create the result you want. In 2012, I made the decision to sell everything I had and went back to my parents’ house. I lived there for four years.
Why? Because I wanted to be the best in what I do. For me that meant more than 10.000 hours of study in the field of high performance and spending more than €60.000 on courses and books. I used myself as a laboratory to test everything. Does all of this makes me good in what I do? Yes, but that is up to others to say.
My WHY is to let people experience that they always have a choice to live more congruent and in line with who they truly are.
